On the morning of March 27, Vinh Bao district (Hai Phong) announced the Decision approving the Planning for the restoration and rehabilitation of the special national relic of Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple.

Previously, on January 17, 2025, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 151/QD-TTg approving the Plan for the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of the special national relic of Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple. The planning scale includes the Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple Special National Relic Center Cluster with 3 main relic sites, including: Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple, Quan Trung Tan, and Kinh Thien Pen Tower with a total area of ​​10.721 hectares.

The area to promote the value of the relic has an area of ​​9,089 hectares, including: Nghien Thien Tao, Nguyen Binh Khiem village pond, Nguyen Binh Khiem family church and flower garden, festival yard, reception house, service house, landscape flower garden, tram park, main parking lot.

The objective of the planning is to preserve, restore and promote the value of the special national relic of Nguyen Binh Khiem Temple and the value of intangible cultural heritages associated with the relic cluster, contributing to educating the tradition of studiousness and forming a unique historical - cultural tourist destination of Vinh Bao district and Hai Phong city.
