Quang Nam ranked as the top performer in administrative reform in 2024

For the block of departments and branches, the classification of Excellent completion of tasks includes the heads of the units: Department of Transport, Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Provincial Inspectorate, Provincial People's Committee Office, Department of Home Affairs, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Planning and Investment, Department of Education and Training, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Information and Communications, Department of Justice, Management Board of economic zones and industrial parks of the province.

The heads of the remaining units including the Department of Finance, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee, Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Department of Construction and Department of Health were classified as having completed their tasks well.

For the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, the classification of Excellent completion of tasks includes the heads of the following localities: Hoi An, Bac Tra My, Tam Ky and Nui Thanh.

The classification of "Good performance" includes the heads of the People's Committees of the following localities: Nam Giang, Tien Phuoc, Dien Ban, Dai Loc, Nam Tra My, Hiep Duc, Phuoc Son, Tay Giang and Dong Giang.

The heads of the remaining localities including Que Son, Thang Binh, Phu Ninh, Duy Xuyen and Nong Son were classified as having completed their tasks.

Previously, according to the results of the 2024 administrative reform index ranking, the leading departments and branches were the Department of Transport (index reached 96.51%), Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (96.46%), Provincial Inspectorate (96.4%); leading the local block were Hoi An (93.16%), Bac Tra My (92.46%), Tam Ky (90.45%).

The results of the assessment and classification of the level of completion of administrative reform tasks of the head are one of the bases for assessing the level of completion of work tasks of the collective and the head of the agency, unit, and locality; at the same time, it is one of the criteria for assessing and considering emulation titles and forms of rewards for collectives, cadres, and civil servants annually.
