2,000 children participate in the festival "Healthy Children

(BD) - On March 24, in Quy Nhon City, the "Healthy Children - Stepping Up to the Youth Union" Festival took place, organized by the Central Council of the Young Pioneers in coordination with LOF International Milk Joint Stock Company - Kun Brand. Binh Dinh is one of the three main connecting points of the program along with Hai Phong City and Ho Chi Minh City.

At the Hai Phong City bridge, Ms. Nguyen Pham Duy Trang - Secretary of the Central Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers shared that the festival is an opportunity for the Youth Union and Young Pioneers to show their care and concern for children, creating a joyful and meaningful playground for them; at the same time , launching 5 weeks of peak competition for children nationwide (from March 26 to April 30) to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Attending at the Binh Dinh bridge point were Mr. Le Hai Long - Head of the Central Youth Union's Children's Work Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers; Mr. Le Anh Quan - Vice Chairman of the Central Council of the Young Pioneers, Chairman of the Central Training Council, Director of the Center for Support and Development of Vietnamese Children; representatives of departments, branches, the Provincial Youth Union and more than 2,000 primary and secondary school students in the province.

The festival took place with many exciting activities such as: Children's art performances; participating in outdoor game booths, interacting with guests, receiving gifts from the organizers...

On this occasion, the Central Council of the Young Pioneers and accompanying units presented 80 scholarships (VND 1 million/scholarship) to disadvantaged children in Hai Phong City and Binh Dinh Province (of which Binh Dinh had 50 scholarships).

It is known that the program is an activity within the Youth Month event series, celebrating the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 - March 26, 2025); taking place simultaneously at more than 12,000 primary school teams and 10,000 secondary school teams nationwide, with the participation of more than 10 million team members, teenagers and children.
