From a brief statement, Uncle Ho not only placed his trust but also entrusted the young generation with great responsibility. Pioneer in digital transformation
Identifying knowledge and technology as the key to sustainable development in the context of international integration, as pioneers, leaders, and masters of technology, the youth of the Land of Ancestors have carried out many practical and meaningful activities to promote creativity and the application of technology in practice. Digital transformation models have been widely deployed, from supporting the community to access technology to digitizing information and promoting the locality. These initiatives not only help young people promote their pioneering role in the digital age but also contribute to the modernization and sustainable development of the economy and society.
Currently, 100% of Youth Union chapters in the province have established their unit's fanpage. From these fanpages, Youth Union members can promptly update information on movements, activities of the Youth Union, good models, typical advanced examples; news in the country, locality, activities to fight and refute the distorted arguments of hostile forces on cyberspace; propaganda to celebrate major holidays and important events of the homeland and country.
Thousands of young people have participated in over 2,000 community digital technology groups across the province, becoming the core force in carrying out information and propaganda activities, widely disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on digital transformation to households and people in villages, hamlets and neighborhoods. At the same time, guiding people to implement digital government and digital economy; approaching and implementing digital transformation in all areas of social life as well as skills to use social networks in a civilized and safe manner, knowing how to identify and prevent bad and toxic information in digital space...
In particular, "digitalizing" historical relics through QR codes is one of the outstanding activities of the youth of the Land of Ancestors in implementing digital transformation. Up to now, the whole province has had over 20 projects of "The Youth of the Land of Ancestors digitally converting historical, cultural relics, and red addresses" at historical and cultural relics and 20 youth projects of "Digitizing routes" on streets in Viet Tri city. The QR code system introducing information about historical, cultural relics and routes is an effective way to promote and introduce the most useful information to people and visitors, contributing to the promotion and promotion of tourism in a smart direction.
With the information content edited, designed clearly, detailed, easy to understand, easy to follow, integrated in the QR code, visitors only need to use a smartphone connected to wifi or the Internet and install the QR code scanning application to be able to quickly, easily, proactively search for necessary information and images about the place they visit or information about: Length, location, agencies, units headquartered on the street, shopping and dining services and the identities of historical figures who named the streets in Viet Tri city.
The projects contribute to encouraging people in general and young people in particular to actively learn about historical sites and red addresses in the area; contribute to educating revolutionary traditions and promoting the responsibility of promoting the cultural beauty of the homeland. Demonstrate the spirit of vanguard and volunteerism of young people in applying digital transformation to promote the image of culture, people and tourism of Phu Tho.
The program of free medical examination, consultation and medicine distribution for people in Phuong Lau commune, Viet Tri city was implemented by the Youth Union of the Provincial General Hospital in coordination with the Young Doctors Club of the Provincial General Hospital and the Provincial Young Doctors Association.
Promoting youth to build the homeland
With the spirit of “Where there is a need, there is youth, where there is difficulty, there is youth”, the youth of the Homeland have been flexible and creative in carrying out many movements, pioneering activities, and volunteering to participate in building the homeland. Always striving, trying to study, practice, increasingly have a high level of knowledge, contributing their strength and intelligence to the construction and development of the homeland and the country.
Many movements, programs and campaigns such as: "Youth Volunteers", "Creative Youth", "Youth Volunteers to Protect the Fatherland"; "Accompanying Youth in Studying", "Accompanying Youth in Starting a Business", "Accompanying Youth in Developing Social Practice Skills, Physical Health, and Spiritual and Cultural Life" have entered the lives of Youth Union members and children, creating a widespread effect, receiving the support of the People, recognition and appreciation from all levels, sectors and the whole society. In addition, the "Youth Volunteers to Protect the Fatherland" movement has been effectively implemented through the programs "Border Spring - Island Tet", "I Love My Fatherland", contributing to raising awareness and responsibility of young people in protecting national security and sovereignty.
Even more proud and excited because in the current period, although the negative aspects of the market economy are strongly affecting all classes in society, including the youth, the majority of the Youth Union in the province still always turn to the Youth Union - a solid common home for the will and aspirations of the Youth Union. In addition to their efforts to establish themselves and their careers, the majority of young people always want to do many useful things for society and the community, to contribute, to help, to share, to experience, to practice and to expand their knowledge in all areas of social life. The image of the Youth Union in green shirts volunteering to help people harvest rice, repair houses, clean the environment, prevent epidemics, overcome the consequences of natural disasters; actively participating in ensuring security and order, donating blood to save people... has been leaving very good impressions in the Party, government and people.
With the theme of the year 2025 "Youth of the Homeland is proud and firmly believes in the Party", generations of young people of the Homeland will continue to seriously implement the new policies of the Party and the State. Actively participate in important tasks of the country and the province. Organize emulation movements among young people; undertake and carry out youth projects and tasks to celebrate major national holidays, welcome Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party. Continue to promote the implementation of key tasks of the Youth Union in the 2022 - 2027 term.
