Some lawmakers welcomed Mr Green, while others objected, leading to further chaos in the House as Mr Trump continued to speak.
Mr. Johnson then directly asked Mr. Green to sit down, before directing the authorities to remove this congressman from the room. Mr. Green has repeatedly submitted articles of impeachment against Mr. Trump.
Mr. Green left the auditorium.
Earlier, Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury stood in the room holding a piece of paper with the words "This is not normal" while Mr. Trump entered. Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib held a piece of paper with the words saying that Mr. Trump was lying.
Many Democratic congressmen also held signs calling for the protection of health insurance programs and veterans, while criticizing billionaire Elon Musk, who is in charge of the US Government Efficiency Board.
According to CNN, Mr. Trump praised his election victory in his speech, declaring that the victory gave him "a mandate not seen in decades."
Many Republican lawmakers stood up and cheered, chanting "USA," while some booed.
“We have accomplished more in 43 days than most administrations accomplish in four years or eight years. And we are just getting started,” Mr. Trump said.
In his speech, according to CNN, he also criticized the inflation that has continued since the administration of former President Joe Biden.
"Biden specifically let egg prices get out of control, and we're working hard to bring them back down," he said.
With the number of laying hens falling, egg prices jumped 15.2% in January from December 2024, according to the consumer price index, the biggest monthly increase since June 2015.
