The quality of inspection, investigation, prosecution, trial of cases, and enforcement of civil judgments achieved good results.
Attention is paid to the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, including solutions to prevent, detect and handle corruption and negativity.
The activities of the Provincial Steering Committee for Anti-Corruption and Negative Matters have been systematic and effective. The investigation, prosecution and trial of corruption and negative matter cases have received attention and direction from the leadership. 13 cases/30 defendants have been prosecuted and investigated; the Procuracy prosecuted 7 cases/17 defendants; the Court tried 8 cases/21 defendants.
Regarding the tasks in the coming time, Head of the Central Internal Affairs Commission Phan Dinh Trac requested the Standing Committee of the Ninh Thuan Provincial Party Committee to pay attention to leading and directing the work of ensuring security and order; directing the timely and effective handling of emerging issues related to ethnicity, religion, sabotage activities of hostile and reactionary forces... to avoid the formation of "hot spots", and to avoid being passive and surprised.
