(BTNO) - On the morning of February 28, in Tan Chau district, a conference was held to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung presented the decision to the officials.

Attending the conference were Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, and key officials of Tan Chau district.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Khanh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board announced the Decisions on transferring and appointing Mr. Kieu Cong Minh, member of the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to the Executive Committee, participating in the Standing Committee and holding the position of Secretary of the Tan Chau District Party Committee, term 2020-2025; transferring and appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong - Director of the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development's Investment and Construction Project Management Board to the Executive Committee, participating in the Standing Committee and holding the position of Deputy Secretary of the Tan Chau District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Mr. Kieu Cong Minh and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong officially took office from March 1, 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department presented flowers and gifts to comrades who had left their positions in Tan Chau district.

Speaking at the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung hoped that Mr. Kieu Cong Minh and Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, with their extensive experience in the work, would continue to make efforts, unite, and strive to excellently complete their assigned tasks.

The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested that the leaders of Tan Chau district continue to pay attention to and support the development of the Fico cement project, develop resources and industrial clusters in the area; at the same time, focus on leading and directing the successful organization of party congresses at all levels; organize and rearrange the apparatus according to the direction of the Central Committee.
