On February 26, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism coordinated with the People's Committee of Buon Ma Thuot City to organize the announcement ceremony of community tourism in Tuor village (Hoa Phu commune).
Buon Tuor is about 14km south of Buon Ma Thuot city center; has a favorable geographical location, near National Highway 14 and near large waterfall clusters, tourist attractions such as: Dray Nur waterfall, Gia Long (Krong Na district), Trinh Nu waterfall, Dray Sap (Krong No district, Dak Nong province).

Buon Tuor is named after the Ea Tuor stream, which in the Ede language means a village with many snails. This is the long-standing residence of the Ede people belonging to the Buon Ya, Ktul, E Ban, Nie clans... The village currently has 128 households, 556 people, 97.65% of whom are Ede people.
The villagers still preserve many original features of Ede culture; there are about 10 traditional long houses; teams of artisans performing gongs and many types of traditional musical instruments...
Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Village Chief of Tuor Village beat the gong to announce the community tourism village.
Implementing Resolution No. 08/2021/NQ-HDND, dated August 13, 2021 of the Provincial People's Council, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has supported 12 items in Tuor village, including: installing solar lighting systems; purchasing computers, tables and chairs for placing computers; building a community tourism information website; building a shared parking lot at the Community Activity House; repairing public toilets to meet standards to serve tourists; installing signs and destination explanations for tourists to conveniently travel and find information; improving the landscape, environment and hygiene; training tourist service skills and building products to serve tourists...

Buon Tuor is the third community tourism destination of Buon Ma Thuot City after Ako Dhong village (Tan Loi ward) and Tong Ju village (Ea Kao commune).
