At the press conference announcing the results of the Miss Vietnam 2024 preliminary round on the morning of March 20, Miss Ngoc Han appeared radiant in a traditional ao dai.

In the 4th month of pregnancy, Miss Ngoc Han has not had many changes in her body shape or facial features.

Sharing with Tien Phong , Miss Ngoc Han said she only gained one kilo and did not have morning sickness.

With stable health, Miss Ngoc Han still maintains all her work and daily activities in life. She affirms that she is ready for the journey of motherhood.

To stay in shape and ensure health for both mother and baby, Ngoc Han maintains a diet rich in green vegetables, limits sugar and starch, practices yoga, walks...

She said she did not feel pressured or stressed even though it was her first pregnancy.

Returning to Miss Vietnam 2024, Ngoc Han is proud to be one of the contest's prestigious crown winners.

She expects her successors to possess the four elements considered the pillars of the competition: Beauty - Intelligence - Culture - Dedication.
