Hanoi City leaders presented flowers to congratulate the Hanoi Youth Union on the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

On this occasion, the Prime Minister presented a Certificate of Merit to Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Chu Hong Minh for his outstanding achievements in implementing the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, period 2019-2023. On behalf of the delegation, Head of the Department of People's Organizations, Central Propaganda and Education Commission Vi Tu Lieu presented the Prime Minister's Certificate of Merit to Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union Chu Hong Minh.

At the program, the Hanoi Youth Union honored 10 outstanding young faces of the capital in 2024. These are outstanding individuals in the fields of Study - Scientific research; Creative labor, economic development; National defense - Security; Sports; Culture and arts; Social activities.

The 10 Outstanding Young Faces of the Capital in 2024 include: Dr. Pham Huy Hieu; Associate Professor, Dr. Tran Ngoc Mai; businesswoman Le Thi Hong; Vu Thi Phuong Thanh (Actress Bao Thanh); Major Nguyen Van Tuan; Major Trinh Minh Tung; volunteer Le Van Phuc; Doctor Le Quang Minh; chess player Le Tuan Minh; football player Do Duy Manh.

Individuals who win the title of Outstanding Young Faces of the Capital in 2024 will be awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee and a logo.
