On November 13, Mr. Nguyen Van Minh, Chairman of the People's Committee of Pho Thuan Commune (Duc Pho Town, Quang Ngai) said that a whirlwind had just occurred in the area, causing the roofs of 36 houses to be blown off.

Accordingly, at around 7:00 p.m. on November 12, a tornado suddenly swept through My Thuan, Kim Giao, and Vung Bon villages of Pho Thuan commune, causing the roofs of 36 houses to be blown off.

Of these, one house had its roof completely blown off, while the other houses suffered 50-70% damage to their roof area.
