Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee requested the Party committees, Party organizations, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Vinh Phuc province and socio-political organizations, departments, branches and People's Committees of districts and cities (agencies and units) to seriously disseminate and thoroughly understand to cadres and Party members the contents of Conclusion No. 123-KL/TW of the Party Central Committee and resolutions of the Party, National Assembly and Government on socio-economic development in 2025 with the goal of long-term sustainable development, growth reaching 8% or more.

Focus on investing in developing infrastructure systems

The Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee also requested that agencies and units prioritize investment in developing infrastructure systems for synchronous socio-economic development. In particular, closely coordinate with central agencies and neighboring localities to implement projects in the province including: the 500kV Lao Cai - Vinh Yen transmission line project; National Highway 2 Vinh Yen - Viet Tri section; Lao Cai - Hanoi - Hai Phong high-speed railway...

Early implementation of a number of projects: traffic route connecting from the Red River embankment to Van Phuc bridge; belt road 4 from national highway 2 to provincial road 305; upgrading and expanding the North-South axis of Vinh Phuc urban area from belt road 2 to Hop Chau; belt road 2 west of Vinh Phuc urban area from provincial road 306 to provincial road 307; construction and renovation of landscape at intersections with Noi Bai - Lao Cai expressway.

Removing difficulties and obstacles in investing in the construction and completion of infrastructure for 8 industrial parks currently being implemented in the province, especially compensation, site clearance, and determining land rental prices. Reviewing specific lists, creating favorable conditions, and actively supporting projects that will go into production and business in 2025, contributing positively to the province's economic growth.
