The land leased by Hai Phong City People's Committee has been cleared by Tien Lang District People's Committee. Of which, industrial land is more than 60 hectares, service operation center land is nearly 0.67 hectares. The land lease term is until May 27, 2072 in the form of annual rental payment. The land allocation method does not auction land use rights, does not bid to select investors to implement projects using land.
For the area of nearly 34.2 hectares of shared technical infrastructure land, Tien Thanh Industrial Park Investment Joint Stock Company builds according to the plan and does not have to pay land rent.
Hai Phong City also allows this Company to use nearly 3.7 hectares of land in Tien Thanh commune to invest in building a road connecting Provincial Road 354 in Tien Lang district to National Highway 10 in Vinh Bao district. After completion, the road will be handed over to the competent authority for management according to regulations. At the same time, it is allowed to convert the purpose of use of more than 89.5 hectares of rice land in Tien Thanh commune to non-agricultural land to implement the above projects.
