On the afternoon of September 30, Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce and present the decision of the Central Party Secretariat on personnel work.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Tung, Head of Department of Locality 1 - Central Organization Committee - announced the decision of the Central Party Secretariat to approve Mr. Bui Huy Vinh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, the new Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee Bui Huy Vinh affirmed that he will continuously train, maintain political qualities, moral qualities, lifestyle and uphold the spirit of responsibility, exemplary and dedicated to work.

Mr. Vinh promised to always stand side by side with the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Executive Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee and all levels and sectors to lead and direct the good implementation of local political tasks.

According to Mr. Vinh, in 2024, Vinh Phuc province will carry out its political tasks in the context of many personnel changes and many difficulties, especially since there is not much time left from now until the Party Congresses at all levels in the province, and the workload of each level and each sector is still very large.

That requires the Party committees, authorities and people in the province to make every effort to overcome difficulties to fulfill the goals, targets and tasks set forth by the Resolution of the 17th Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Congress.

The new Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee hopes to continue receiving the attention, trust and support of the Central Party Secretariat, the Central Organizing Committee, relevant agencies and leaders at all levels in the province to always fulfill assigned tasks well.

Previously, on the morning of September 10, the Executive Committee of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term voted to elect Mr. Bui Huy Vinh to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Vinh was born in 1970 in Kim Xa commune, Vinh Tuong district, Vinh Phuc; professional qualifications: National Economics University (major in Finance), University of Foreign Languages ​​(major in English), Master of Economic Management.

Currently, the Standing Committee of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee, term XVII, 2020-2025 includes: Mr. Duong Van An, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Vinh Phuc province; Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Committee and Mr. Bui Huy Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee.
