The conference was attended by the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of communes and towns; Party cell secretaries, heads of the Front Work Committees of villages and residential groups, village and residential group chiefs; religious dignitaries, village elders, and prestigious people in the district.
At the conference, the reporter of Brigade 162 - Naval Region 4 Command informed and propagated the situation of Vietnam's seas and islands; propagated the Party's guidelines, lines, viewpoints and the State's policies and laws on seas and islands in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; the work of fighting against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, protecting the Party's ideological foundation, protecting the sovereignty of the seas and islands of the Fatherland in the new situation and building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite and modern Vietnam People's Navy.
