A national reserve in An Hung ward (Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city) was flooded even though it was not raining, schools of fish were swimming happily in this national reserve.

In mid-March 2025, Dan Viet Newspaper reporters received information from residents of An Hung ward (Hong Bang district, Hai Phong city) about the entire national reserve area in the ward being flooded for a long time but the authorities have not yet handled the situation.

On the afternoon of March 23, Dan Viet Newspaper reporters were present at this national reserve, recording images of flooding at the national reserve.

The entrance to the national reserve was flooded.

According to local residents, the warehouse was flooded due to a poor drainage system, the warehouse's foundation was lower than Highway 5A and the foundation of houses in the residential area, so even a little rain would flood it, not needing heavy rain.

In the yard of the national reserve warehouse in An Hung ward, Hong Bang district, the water was about 30 to 40 cm deep.

Inside the national reserve in the ward is like a pond, overgrown with grass.

Many locations were flooded up to 1 meter deep.

Tilapia and big and small carp swim in schools foraging for food in the storage yard.

The walls were peeling and stained as if no one had cared for them for years.

The leader of Hong Bang District (Hai Phong City) said that the national reserve warehouse in An Hung Ward is still operating and is under the management of the General Department of State Reserves. Currently, these warehouses are still storing food. Many people are worried that the national reserve warehouse in An Hung Ward (Hong Bang District, Hai Phong City) has been flooded for a long time and will affect the food inside the warehouse.
