City leaders at the project groundbreaking ceremony  

Attending were Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People's Committee; Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee.

Social housing project at land XH1 The project is invested by Phu My Thuong Investment Joint Stock Company with a total investment of VND 842 billion, on a land use area of ​​nearly 32,000 m2 with a total floor area of ​​66,660 m2. The project scale includes 9 floors, including 720 social housing apartments and 47 commercial townhouses. The project is expected to be completed within 60 months from the date of land handover (March 21, 2025).

The project aims to bring a safe and modern living space, contributing to the formation of a spacious and environmentally friendly urban appearance, improving the quality of life for the people of Hue City.

The investor is committed to completing the project on schedule.

According to the Government's housing development plan for the period 2025-2030, Hue City will deploy 7,500 social housing apartments, ensuring that all people have the opportunity to own a stable place to live, contributing to promoting sustainable urbanization. The completion of the social housing project at the XH1 land plot will contribute to the goal of "one million social housing apartments" set by the Government, while creating a civilized and sustainable living community right in the center of Hue City.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee affirmed that the groundbreaking of the social housing project at the XH1 land plot is of great significance, demonstrating the city government's strong commitment to developing the social housing fund and improving the quality of life for people, gradually achieving the target of completing social housing by 2025 and the following years until 2030 in the city.

The City People's Committee will continue to create the most favorable legal and administrative conditions and direct relevant agencies to closely monitor the progress, quality and safety of the project.
