TPO - Located right in the center of Long Bien district (Hanoi), the project to build a park and lake in Thuong Thanh ward with an investment of 173 billion VND is being implemented and will be completed in 2026.

The project to build a park and lake in Thuong Thanh ward (Long Bien district, Hanoi city) is invested by the Long Bien district Construction Investment Project Management Board with a total investment of more than 173 billion VND.

The total area of ​​the land plot implementing the project is about 57,752.6 m2.

The project will build a regulating lake, green park, square combined with a system of playgrounds, sports fields with outdoor exercise equipment, walking paths, parking lots, water stations, flower gardens, lawns, resting huts, fountains, shade trees and auxiliary areas.

The lake park construction project aims to complete the technical infrastructure according to the plan, removing many difficulties for the central area of ​​the district.

The project will be implemented from 2023. According to the reporter's records, the construction unit is carrying out the leveling of construction waste to make a public road.

Many cranes and specialized vehicles were brought into the project by the construction unit.

Some items are gradually taking shape.

Upon completion, the project will create more green park landscapes, places for sports, entertainment, and health training for residents.

In addition, the project will contribute to water regulation for the central area of ​​Long Bien district.

The project to build a park and lake in Thuong Thanh ward is expected to be completed in 2026.
