At the upstream of To Lich River, in the area of Hoang Quoc Viet, Buoi, Nguyen Dinh Hoan streets (Cau Giay district), for many days now, dozens of workers from Hanoi Drainage Company have been dredging sludge on the river, clearing the flow.

A representative of Hanoi Drainage One Member Co., Ltd. said that on the To Lich River, workers are currently collecting and removing waste regularly, ensuring the landscape environment and dredging mud to prepare for the 2025 rainy season drainage plan.
