This plan focuses on planning the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of special national relics, national relic clusters, and city-level relics, creating a heritage complex with close geographical, historical and cultural links.
In addition, the city also focuses on implementing projects to upgrade the Hanoi Museum's display system, apply information technology to heritage conservation, train specialized human resources in heritage culture, as well as promote propaganda and promotion to attract tourists and the community interested in preserving and promoting heritage values.
