The training tool models and armed forces initiatives participating in the Competition are models, teaching tools, equipment, and teaching aids that have been innovated and improved to serve training and teaching in the following contents: Models of teaching tools, teaching equipment in political education; models of training tools, teaching equipment for combat techniques, specialized techniques, combined arms tactics, specialized arms tactics, etc.

Results: The first prize for the collective was awarded to the Quang Lap Commune Military Command; the first prize for the individual was awarded to the co-authors of the multi-purpose lifebuoy initiative, including: Professional Captain Mai Van Tuan (Army Warehouse Keeper) and Professional Captain Tran Hoang Huu Huy (Statistics Officer). In addition, the Organizing Committee also awarded 1 second prize, 1 third prize and 2 consolation prizes for each collective and individual category.
