The Provincial Party Standing Committee's inspection delegation works in Vi Xuyen

On March 20, the Inspection Delegation of the Provincial Party Committee led by Comrade Chung Thi Chien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ha Giang City Party Committee, worked with the Vi Xuyen District Party Committee on the implementation results of 08 contents according to Decision 1830, dated March 10, 2025 of the Provincial Party Committee.

Accordingly, the Standing Committee of Vi Xuyen District Party Committee has strictly implemented the Party's regulations, maintained the principle of democratic centralism, thoroughly grasped and effectively implemented directives and resolutions. Successfully organized the provincial grassroots congress in Ngoc Linh commune and the affiliated Party cell congress for the 2025-2027 term. The work of streamlining the apparatus according to Resolution 18 was strictly implemented. Digital transformation was drastically implemented, creating a spillover effect, raising awareness in the political system and the people. In the first 3 months of 2025, the socio-economic situation had many positive results, disbursement of public investment capital and implementation of 3 national target programs were drastically implemented, ensuring progress. By March 10, 2025, the budget revenue reached 53,379 billion VND, reaching 20.4% of the estimate assigned by the province, up 73.8% over the same period. The program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses has been effectively implemented, supporting the construction of 125/182 houses, striving to complete 100% of the plan by April 30, mobilizing over 8,000 working days, and 660 million VND in socialized capital to participate in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses. Key projects have been urged to be implemented vigorously, closely coordinating with departments and branches to resolve difficulties.

Speaking at the conclusion of the inspection, Comrade Chung Thi Chien, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Ha Giang City Party Committee, suggested that the Vi Xuyen District Party Committee promptly grasp public opinion, orient information, strengthen propaganda and dissemination work to stabilize the ideology of cadres, party members and people in the process of implementing the Party and State's policies and guidelines on streamlining the apparatus, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency; strictly implement procedures and projects related to the merger of communes in the area, and continue to closely follow the directions and conclusions of the Central and the province in the work of arranging and streamlining the apparatus. In addition, it is necessary to effectively implement the contents of digital transformation, promote the development of science and technology, focus on quickly and synchronously implementing the 3 National Target Programs. He also requested the district to pay attention to local budget collection, ensure the progress of key projects and speed up the disbursement of public investment capital, contributing to promoting socio-economic development in the area./.
