Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Dang Binh visited and reviewed the progress of the project implementation at Cho Moi 1 Industrial Park.
Reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee at the working session, the leader of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board said that in 2024, total revenue at Thanh Binh Industrial Park will reach more than 800 billion VND, an increase of 14% compared to 2023; export value will reach 20 million USD, an increase of 16%; budget payments will reach 5,713 million VND, of which infrastructure and public service fees will reach more than 2,587 million VND.
Immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday of At Ty 2025, enterprises in Thanh Binh Industrial Park focused on production and business. The industrial production value in the first two months of the year increased by 15% compared to the same period in 2024.
In 2025, Thanh Binh Industrial Park sets a growth target of 20%; the Management Board of Industrial Parks and enterprises have developed plans, solutions, and growth scenarios for each month and quarter to achieve the set target.
At the meeting, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board requested the Provincial People's Committee not to implement other small-scale projects within the scope of the Industrial Park planning included in the Bac Kan Provincial Planning; and directed to add to the Provincial Planning implementation plan for Cho Moi 4, Cho Moi 5 Industrial Parks and Bach Thong Industrial Park...
On this occasion, leaders of companies and enterprises operating in Thanh Binh Industrial Park reported on some of the current difficulties and problems that the units are still facing, such as: The risk of lacking unskilled labor to serve the operations of enterprises in the coming time; the environmental treatment system has not really met the operations of enterprises; requesting Bac Kan province to direct more drastically to have more forestry areas certified and granted FSC forest certificates, thereby tracing the origin of agricultural and forestry products, contributing to creating favorable conditions for enterprises exporting wood products and agricultural and forestry products.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Dang Binh praised the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board and enterprises and companies operating in the Industrial Park for their efforts and remarkable achievements in recent times.
In the coming time, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board and related departments, branches and sectors to continue to strengthen coordination, focus on guiding and supporting companies and enterprises to remove difficulties and obstacles with a sense of urgency and responsibility; especially those related to land procedures, environment, policy mechanisms, etc. must be prioritized.
Together with the government, businesses also need to be proactive, have more creative and practical solutions to achieve the highest production and business results; continue to pay attention to contributing to the locality to implement social security programs, sharing benefits with workers.
Regarding the difficulties and problems of enterprises, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee will accept and give specific instructions to relevant units to accompany and remove difficulties for companies and enterprises./.
