The leadership capacity and fighting strength of Party organizations and Party members were improved, the average rate of Party members attending Party cell meetings reached 98.09%; most of the Party cells and affiliated Party Committees assessed and classified the quality of Party cell meetings in association with the classification of "Four-Good Party Cells" and "Four-Good Grassroots Party Committees" as good.
