The delegation of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee worked in Cu M'gar district.

On the afternoon of March 18, the working delegation of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee led by Ms. Doan Thi Thanh Mai, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee, had a working session at the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district on the review and adjustment of land use planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, and monitoring the issuance of documents implementing the 2024 Land Law.

Receiving and working with the delegation were representatives of leaders of relevant departments and branches of Dak Lak province and leaders of Cu M'gar district People's Committee.

According to the report of the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district, implementing Decision No. 326/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2022 of the Prime Minister, the district has deployed the preparation of the Land Use Plan to 2030 in accordance with regulations, planning targets have been allocated by superiors and approved by the Provincial People's Committee.

Currently, the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district is adjusting the land use planning to 2030 of the district according to regulations, ensuring compliance with the Dak Lak Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 and consistency and synchronization with other related technical and specialized planning, complying with the planning targets allocated by the Provincial People's Committee to Cu M'gar district.

Regarding the implementation results and proposed land use needs to serve the adjustment of the National Land Use Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district has reviewed and proposed to consider adjusting land use needs up to 2030 in the district according to regulations to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for synthesis and reporting to the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment.

Regarding the implementation of the 2024 Land Law and documents and decrees detailing the implementation of the Land Law, the District People's Committee has assigned specialized agencies to review and implement tasks under their authority; organize conferences to deploy and guide related contents for the Commune People's Committees and organizations in the area; regularly disseminate to people, communities, organizations and individuals in the district to know and implement according to regulations; promptly deploy and concretize the guiding documents of the Provincial People's Committee to organizations in the district.

At the meeting, the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district proposed a number of problems related to the land area of ​​the national mineral reserve area approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 1277/QD-TTg dated November 1, 2023; proposed that the Government and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment amend and supplement relevant land law documents on management and arrangement of land use of agricultural and forestry origin transferred to local management, proposed to consider amending and supplementing regulations on technical and economic norms, detailed outlines for making plans and allowing the People's Committee at the district level to hire a consulting unit to make a land use plan for this area.

Members of the working delegation and delegates discussed and clarified the results of the implementation of land use planning and plans, focusing on contents and issues such as: The work of formulating and implementing land use planning and plans; difficulties and obstacles in implementing the 2024 Land Law, etc.

Speaking at the meeting, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Economic and Financial Committee Doan Thi Thanh Mai requested the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district to study and absorb the opinions of the working delegation members at the meeting. At the same time, continue to review land use indicators for the period 2021 - 2025 and soon have solutions to complete the set goals.

The working group conducted a survey at TCGROUP Global Joint Stock Company in Yao village, Ea Tul commune, Cu M'gar district.

In addition, the district needs to have specific recommendations and complete the report to send to the working group, serving the process of reviewing the adjustment of the National Land Use Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.

Within the framework of the working session, the delegation conducted a field survey at the Center for Research and Production of High-Tech Plant Varieties of TCGROUP Global Joint Stock Company (Yao village, Ea Tul commune, Cu M'gar district).
