On March 21, M'Drắk district solemnly held the 50th Anniversary of Liberation Day (March 22, 1975 - March 22, 2025) and received the National Monument Ranking Certificate - Victory Historical Relic at M'Drắk - Phượng Hoàng Pass in 1975.
Attending the ceremony were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Vo Van Canh; Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai; representatives of provincial departments, branches and sectors; district leaders and representatives of neighboring units and localities inside and outside the province.

At the ceremony, the delegates reviewed the heroic fighting tradition of the ethnic people of M'Drak district; summarized the historical battles 50 years ago. On March 22, 1975, along with the rapid offensive spirit of the Central Highlands Campaign, the army and people of M'Drak district heroically rose up, regained power, and contributed significantly to the overall victory of the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising, completely liberating the South and unifying the country. After the liberation day, M'Drak district was merged into Krong Pac district and re-established in August 1977.
Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai presented a flower basket from the Provincial Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee - Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to M'Drak district.
Over 50 years of construction and development, the Party Committee, government, army and people of M'Drắk district have made constant efforts, promoted the heroic revolutionary tradition, united to achieve many comprehensive achievements in all aspects of socio-economy, national defense - security and building the political system from the district to the grassroots level.

M'Drắk district has been maintaining a high economic growth rate (over 11%/year); average income per capita in 2024 will reach over 72 million VND; the whole district has 31/48 schools meeting national standards; 13 medical stations all have doctors; 167/288 criteria for new rural construction have been achieved; urban and rural appearance has improved; all aspects of people's lives are constantly improving...

Authorized by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Truong Cong Thai awarded the National Monument Ranking Certificate to M'Drak district.
Accordingly, in the Central Highlands campaign, at the Dak Lak front, the 10th Division - 3rd Corps participated in many important battles, contributing to the victory of the Central Highlands campaign. In order to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed heroically in the cause of national liberation in general and in the Central Highlands front in particular, veterans, families of veterans, relatives of martyrs of the 10th Division - 3rd Corps, organizations, individuals and local Party committees and authorities have invested in building the Memorial House for Martyrs of the 10th Division - 3rd Corps, in Cu M'ta commune, M'Drắk district. The project started on February 26, 2019 and completed all items on February 23, 2023.
In October 2023, the project was ranked as a provincial historical relic by the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee. On November 20, 2024, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism issued Decision No. 3546/QD-BVHTTDL to rank the 1975 Victory Historical Relic at M'Drak Pass - Phuong Hoang in Cu M'ta Commune, M'Drak District as a national relic.
