NDO - On March 18, at the Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee Headquarters, Comrade Truong Thi Mai, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Head of the Central Organization Commission, presented the Politburo's Decision on the transfer, assignment, and appointment of Comrade Duong Van An, Central Party Committee member, Secretary of Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee to join the Party Executive Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Vinh Phuc Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Comrade Duong Van An worked for many years as an official of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Youth Union, then as Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Youth Union. From March 2014 to October 2020, he was Deputy Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee. From October 2020 to present, he has been Secretary of the Binh Thuan Provincial Party Committee.
