Mobilizing and rotating 19 cadres managed by the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee

Specifically, the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee decided to rotate and transfer 17 cadres including:

1. Transfer Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha Tan , member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department to work at the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, appoint her to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc for the 2020-2025 term.

2. Transfer Mr. Bui Nhan Sam , member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Huong Son District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, appoint him to the position of Permanent Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.

3. Transfer Mr. Luong Quoc Tuan , Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to work at Huong Son District Party Committee, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of Huong Son District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

4. Transfer Mr. Pham Xuan Phu , Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council to work at the Department of Foreign Affairs so that the competent authority can appoint him to the position of Director of the Department.

5. Transfer Mr. Thai Phuc Son , Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs to work at Huong Khe District Party Committee, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Deputy Secretary of Huong Khe District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and introduce him to run for the position of Chairman of Huong Khe District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

6. Transfer Ms. Ha Thi Viet Anh , Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Cam Xuyen district to work at the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, and negotiate to elect her to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 term.

7. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Thieu Quang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Vu Quang district to work at the Party Committee of the Provincial State Agencies and Enterprises Block, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial State Agencies and Enterprises Block for the 2020-2025 term.

8. Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu , Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, ceased to hold the position of Chairman of the Nghi Xuan District People's Council, and introduced his candidacy for the position of Chairman of the Nghi Xuan District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

9. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Huy Hung , Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hong Linh Town to work at the Provincial People's Committee Office so that the competent authority can appoint him to the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee.

10. Transfer Mr. Ngo Xuan Ninh , Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Huong Khe district to work at the Department of Justice so that the competent authority can appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department.

11. Transfer Mr. Le Anh Dung , Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghi Xuan district to work at the Department of Planning and Investment so that the competent authority can appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department.

12. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Tien Hung , Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Anh district to work at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development so that the competent authority can appoint him to the position of Deputy Director of the Department.

13. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Trong Van , Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Bloc of State Agencies and Enterprises to work at Nghi Xuan District Party Committee, appointed to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghi Xuan District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

14. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Trong Thuong , Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office to work at the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council so that the competent authority can appoint him to the position of Chief of the Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council.

15. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Ba Duc , Deputy Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to work at Cam Xuyen District Party Committee, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of Cam Xuyen District Party Committee, term 2020-2025.

16. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Quang Linh , Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment to work at Ky Anh District Party Committee, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and introduce him to run for the position of Chairman of the Ky Anh District People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

17. Transfer Mr. Nguyen Huu Khieu , Director of the Provincial Economic Zone Construction Investment Project Management Board to work at the Hong Linh Town Party Committee, appoint him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Town Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term, and introduce him to run for the position of Chairman of the Hong Linh Town People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.

In addition to the 17 cadres who have been transferred and assigned as mentioned above, the Standing Committee of Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee also agreed on the following policy:

Transfer Mr. Phan Ngoc Long , Standing Deputy Secretary of Ha Tinh City Party Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, introduce him as a candidate for the position of Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission for the 2020-2025 term.

Transferring Mr. Pham Hung Cuong , Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Provincial Party Committee Office to work at the Ha Tinh City Party Committee, appointing him to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, and holding the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Ha Tinh City Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, the Standing Committee of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee has carried out 3 rounds of rotation and transfer of cadres: Round 1 in October 2022; Round 2 in May 2024 and Round 3 in November 2024. In total, 53 cadres were assigned new responsibilities in 3 rounds.
