The new rural construction program was promoted. Trade, services, and tourism grew quite well. The implementation of site clearance for the Ninh Thuan 2 Nuclear Power Plant project kept up with the set schedule. Attention was paid to and well implemented in the cultural and social fields. Medical examination and treatment for people was ensured; social security policies were fully and promptly implemented. The work of reorganizing and organizing specialized agencies, public service units, and specialized associations under the District People's Committee according to the Party's policy has been carried out strongly and effectively. Discipline and administrative order have been promoted.

He requested the locality to continue reviewing and identifying difficulties and obstacles in the growth scenario to have timely solutions, effectively and smoothly implementing the socio-economic development tasks.
