234 billion VND allocated for program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses

Speaking at the meeting, Ms. Truong Thi Loc, Director of the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs of Quang Nam province, said that regarding the addition of a number of articles of Resolution No. 13/2023/NQ - HDND dated September 22, 2023 of the Provincial People's Council stipulating the level of support for eliminating temporary houses and dilapidated houses in Quang Nam province, the period 2023 - 2025 has changed.

Specifically, support for new construction is 60 million VND/house; support for repair is 30 million VND/house. The total implementation cost for the 2023-2025 period is more than 234 billion VND, of which 170 billion VND is from the provincial budget and other legally mobilized capital sources.

Also at the 26th session, implementing personnel work under its authority, the 10th Provincial People's Council elected to supplement the position of Provincial People's Committee member for the 2021-2026 term for Mr. Nguyen Huu Hop, Director of Quang Nam Provincial Police and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam, Director of the Department of Construction.

As a result, 100% of the Provincial People's Council delegates present voted to elect Mr. Nguyen Huu Hop and Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam as members of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term.
