On the morning of December 6, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses for Ms. Vu Thi Lua, at Group 11, Hoang Dieu Ward (Thai Binh City).

Ms. Vu Thi Lua is a single, near-poor household with extremely difficult circumstances. For many years, Ms. Lua has lived in an old, dilapidated house that is seriously degraded and unsafe. In the emulation movement "300 days of joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" in the province, Ms. Lua is one of the poor and near-poor households that received financial support to build new houses.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the elimination of temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, presented 100 million VND in support to Ms. Vu Thi Lua. In addition to the province's support, relatives in the family helped with money, construction materials and labor to help Ms. Lua have a new, more spacious and solid house. The new house with an area of over 30 square meters is expected to be completed before the Lunar New Year this year.
