On March 13, Politburo member, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, Head of Inspection Delegation No. 1910 of the Politburo and Secretariat chaired the working session of the Inspection Delegation with the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee.

Speaking at the conference, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man highly appreciated the Standing Committee of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee for closely coordinating with Inspection Team 1910 in implementing inspection contents to ensure progress and requirements of the Politburo and Secretariat.
After the inspection, the Inspection Team drafted the Inspection Conclusion Report and continued to complete it to report to the Politburo and the Secretariat. In the context of many difficulties and challenges, the entire political system and people of Binh Dinh province have joined hands, united, and highly determined to achieve many positive results such as: achieving 20/21 targets, including many important targets that have been achieved and exceeded the set plan. Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) increased by 7.78%, higher than the national average of 7.09%. GRDP scale of 5.3 billion USD, ranked 25/63 localities nationwide, 5/14 localities in the North Central and Central Coast regions. Average income per capita reached 97.3 million VND, up 9.7%.
Total state budget revenue reached VND 17,415 billion, exceeding the annual estimate by 7.8% and increasing by 23.2% over the same period, the highest ever, of which domestic revenue was estimated at VND 15,694 billion, increasing by 30.5% over the same period. Total export turnover reached 2,180 million USD, exceeding the plan by 3.6%. Disbursement of public investment capital in Binh Dinh is among the top 5 localities with the highest disbursement rate in the country, reaching about VND 8,800 billion, exceeding 12% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister and reaching 98.5% of the plan assigned by the Provincial People's Council.
These are outstanding results that we must duplicate in 2025. With new effective models, we must continue to analyze and evaluate so that the Party Committee, government and people in the province can be proud, excited, determined, not rest on their laurels, to do more drastically. At the same time, the National Assembly Chairman also suggested that Binh Dinh continue to focus on Party building and building a clean and strong political system. Regarding the Fatherland Front and mass organizations, the National Assembly Chairman said that this time, the apparatus must be streamlined to be truly strong, close to the people, promptly grasp and resolve the people's thoughts and aspirations.
Emphasizing that the workload is still very large, National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man noted that Binh Dinh must closely follow the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws in implementing the tasks of 2025, especially the issue of streamlining the apparatus according to Resolution No. 18 of the Central Committee and Conclusions 126, 127, 128 of the Politburo; on organizing Party Congresses at all levels according to Directive 35 of the Politburo... In the immediate future, Binh Dinh needs to immediately update the criteria for arranging commune-level administrative units for immediate implementation; any remaining difficulties and problems must be promptly reported to the National Assembly for consideration.
