At the police station, Ngo Minh Q. admitted that he was the administrator of the Tiktok account “Mo Quann”. On June 22, Q. accidentally read information about the 2024 high school graduation exam on the Tiktok channel “Diem Sang Van Hoc - 2024”.

Q. is also preparing for the 2024 high school graduation exam, so he has a feeling that the exam questions match the posted information. Therefore, Q. created a video to re-share content related to the 2024 high school graduation exam on his Tiktok account for everyone to refer to.

In addition, Ngo Minh Q. has no other purpose and does not intend to cause public confusion.

After working with the police, Ngo Minh Q. committed to voluntarily removing all violating information about the 2024 high school graduation exam on the Tiktok account "Mo Quann", pledging not to repeat the offense.
