In addition to artistic performances such as puppetry, circus, and magic, the program will feature lion and dragon dances, star lantern parades, and many other activities to promote the spirit of solidarity, mutual support, and sharing love. The artists are also expected to create short skits praising and honoring the spirit of sharing during storms and floods.
The organizers said they have contacted publishers and manufacturers of school supplies to set up stalls selling books and school supplies at the theater on the night of the performance. Accordingly, parents and children who come to watch the show live at Ho Guom Theater, in addition to supporting by buying tickets, can also support by buying books, notebooks, school supplies, and other forms.
The program will be livestreamed on the personal channels of People's Artist Xuan Bac, People's Artist Tu Long, YAN, Hanoi Stories and many other channels on Youtube.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requires that art programs must be appropriate to the actual situation, demonstrating the morality of mutual love and solidarity of the nation. Donations and a portion of ticket sales during the organization of the programs will be sent to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support localities and people affected by storms and floods, requiring financial transparency.
