It is known that the Hung Kings' Commemoration Anniversary - Hung Temple Festival and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the year of Giap Thin 2024 will be held from April 9 to 18 (ie from March 1 to 10, the year of Giap Thin).
Mr. Le Truong Giang - Director of Hung Temple Historical Relic Site said that during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day, the Relic Site has arranged 100% of its staff to be on duty, ready to closely coordinate with the provincial authorities and related units to effectively ensure environmental sanitation, security and order, traffic safety, fire prevention and fighting, management of service business activities, vehicle parking, etc.
Regularly patrol, control, and monitor the situation; provide a hotline number to receive feedback and recommendations from people related to festival organization.
The Relic Site has prepared more than 100 electric cars ready to serve the people and tourists. The drivers serving the festival have all undergone training sessions to improve their awareness, responsibility, service style, communication skills, and cultural behavior. Hung Temple Radio Station is maintained to operate continuously 24/7 to inform about the regulations of the Relic Site, and to support the people and tourists in finding relatives in case they get lost.
Currently, it is the peak season, the number of people and tourists coming to Hung Temple is very large. With the spirit of "Serving the People" and the motto "Friendly, hospitable, helping the People", officers and soldiers of the Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police and the Viet Tri City Police have coordinated to deploy plans to divide traffic, regulate traffic, inspect and control on the roads...
The Traffic Police Department of Phu Tho Province also set up many points to guide, support, and give free drinks and snacks to people and tourists attending the festival or while waiting and moving to the parking lots.
Worthy of the Dragon Fairy lineage
Phu Tho Provincial Police Hospital also increased its staff, medicine, and medical supplies to take care of the health of officers, soldiers, and pilgrims to Hung Temple. The unit has arranged 6 permanent medical teams at Cong Quan Hill and temples in the Hung Temple Historical Relic Site;
In addition, arrange an additional mobile emergency team fully equipped with necessary medicines and medical supplies to be on duty along the routes for tourists to attend the ceremony; 1 emergency team and ambulance on duty 24/7 at the Provincial Police Command Information Center, ready to assist when requested.
The Health Department has arranged 2 medical teams and 2 ambulances to provide emergency care 24/7; 4 medical teams at important locations in the Cong Quan hill area, Ha Temple, Thuong Temple and Gieng Temple; publicized the phone numbers of officers and doctors on duty at the Relic Site to receive calls for support, ensuring timely first aid when people have health problems.
Participating in serving the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day - Hung Temple Festival and the Cultural - Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land this year, the green shirts of the youth union members in the volunteer force, supporting and guiding people, cleaning the environment... also left many beautiful impressions in the hearts of tourists.
It is known that Phu Tho Provincial Youth Union mobilized 2,600 youth union members to guide and help tourists and clean the environment at Hung Temple Historical Relic Site during the 10-day festival.
On the 10th day of the third lunar month, the Provincial Youth Union mobilized 1,000 youth union members to coordinate with functional forces to participate in making soft fences, traffic diversion, and preventing congestion; organized a team of 100 youths to join the Lac Hong descendants force and 30 outstanding children to participate in the Ancestor Commemoration Ceremony.
With the professionalism and thoughtfulness in organizing the festival, the willingness to support the people of Phu Tho province's authorities, the hospitality and civilized behavior of the people of the Ancestral Land, have left in the hearts of visitors beautiful memories when making pilgrimages to the Ancestral Commemoration.
