The delegation visited the Wharf and Traditional House of the Vietnam - Russia Joint Venture Vietsovpetro. Here, the delegation was introduced to the formation and development process of more than 40 years of the Joint Venture - Joint Venture for oil and gas exploration and exploitation between Vietnam and the Russian Federation, currently operating and exploiting on the continental shelf of Vietnam at Bach Ho, Mo Rong, Ca Tam, Thien Ung fields...; actively participating in protecting maritime security, contributing to protecting Vietnam's sovereignty on the continental shelf and exclusive economic zone in the southern sea area.

This visit and exchange is part of the 76th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day and the 59th anniversary of the first victory of the Vietnam People's Navy. The delegation came to offer incense and pay tribute at the Monument and Cultural Area of the Naval Region 2 Command.
