In order to continue to promote the spirit and responsibility, promote the pioneering role of union members in protecting the marine environment and actively respond to "Phu Quoc Environment Day", on February 15, the Youth Union and Women's Union of the Coast Guard Region 4 Command (Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province) simultaneously launched a campaign to clean up and sanitize the marine environment.
Thoroughly grasp and assign specific tasks to cadres, union members, and association members before they set out to carry out their duties.
Union members of agencies and units of Coast Guard Region 4 actively participate in cleaning the marine environment.
With the enthusiastic, active and responsible spirit of the cadres, youth union members and women's union members, after more than 2 hours of deployment, the unit cleaned and collected nearly 1,000 kg of all kinds of waste and brought it to the right place for treatment according to regulations; contributing to building the environmental landscape of the Coast Guard Region 4 Command. as well as join hands to protect the marine environment, for an increasingly green, clean, beautiful and civilized "pearl island" Phu Quoc.
This is a regular and continuous activity of the Coast Guard Region 4 Command in recent years, in which the core role of the Youth Union and Women's Union has been promoted through practical and effective programs such as "Volunteer Saturday", "Green Sunday"... which have attracted a large number of officers and soldiers to participate.
