At the conference, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien presented the decision to appoint the position of Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper to journalist Nguyen Van Minh.

Speaking at the conference, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien reviewed the learning and working process of the new Editor-in-Chief of the Industry and Trade Newspaper. He said that when assigned to be in charge of the newspaper, comrade Nguyen Van Minh and the entire staff of the Industry and Trade Newspaper made every effort to help the newspaper make clear changes.

"This is not only the effort of comrade Nguyen Van Minh, but also the achievement of the whole team", Minister Nguyen Hong Dien acknowledged, and emphasized: "The newspaper team must know how to utilize both internal and external strengths in carrying out its tasks. In my new position as the official key leader of the newspaper, I really hope that the achievements and experiences in the recent past will be promoted and the limitations will be overcome".

Minister Nguyen Hong Dien believes that, with the leadership of new Editor-in-Chief Nguyen Van Minh, the Industry and Trade Newspaper will increasingly affirm its position and role in the Vietnamese revolutionary press in general and the Industry and Trade sector in particular.

Receiving the assignment, the new Editor-in-Chief of the Industry and Trade Newspaper, Nguyen Van Minh, expressed his emotion and sent his deep gratitude to the comrades in the Party Committee, the leaders of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and directly to the Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien, who have always paid attention to communication work in general and to the Industry and Trade Newspaper in particular. This is an important milestone in perfecting the leadership of the Newspaper, an event of great significance to the development of the Industry and Trade Newspaper in the current period.

Identifying this as a source of pride but also a great responsibility, the new Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper, Nguyen Van Minh, said that, facing a Ministry of Industry and Trade that always acts and innovates for the people and businesses, Industry and Trade Newspaper is not out of that flow, must also act and innovate, for the people and for readers...

Comrade Nguyen Van Minh promised to unite and stick with the leadership and journalists to make more efforts to realize the instructions and wishes of the Minister and the Ministry's leaders. The journalist also wishes to learn and inherit the achievements and valuable experiences of the previous generation to help the Industry and Trade Newspaper develop further.

Journalist Nguyen Van Minh, graduated from the Military Political Academy, majoring in Party Building; National Academy of Public Administration; Senior military officer at the campaign and strategy levels, National Defense Academy; Bachelor of Law, Bachelor of Journalism.

The new Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper was a Colonel, Head of the People's Army Electronic Newspaper Department since February 2020, and was appointed to the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper from early March 2022. On March 1, 2023, he held the position of Deputy Editor-in-Chief in charge of Industry and Trade Newspaper.

On March 28, the Ministry of Industry and Trade officially awarded the decision to appoint Journalist Nguyen Van Minh - Deputy Editor-in-Chief to hold the position of Editor-in-Chief of Industry and Trade Newspaper.
