Ministry of Education and Training does not change the high school graduation exam schedule in 2025

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, keeping the exam schedule unchanged will stabilize the psychology of students and parents and will not affect other activities of the education sector.

The Ministry of Education and Training requests that departments of education and training closely coordinate with relevant units to implement the 2024-2025 school year plan, and conduct the high school graduation exam according to plan, ensuring safety, seriousness, and compliance with regulations.

Previously, many departments of education and training had sent documents requesting the Ministry of Education and Training to postpone the high school graduation exam. The reason for the request was that in the near future, the province merger would take place, which could lead to disruptions in the preparation for the exam.

In Hanoi, the Department of Education and Training said that the number of Hanoi students taking the graduation exam is the highest in the country, so if there are any changes or disruptions in the preparation stage, it will be very complicated. This year is also the first year that students will take the high school graduation exam according to the 2018 General Education Program with many new points in the number of subjects, exam regulations...

Hanoi and some other localities are also asking the People's Committee to allow adjustment of the 10th grade entrance exam schedule.

According to the 2024-2025 school year schedule announced by the Ministry of Education and Training at the beginning of the school year, the 2025 high school graduation exam is expected to take place on June 26 and 27.
