Tu An Ward Police (Buon Ma Thuot City) has just arrested a subject for theft through the extraction of security camera systems installed on several main roads in the area.
Accordingly, at 7:00 a.m. on June 19, Mr. Do Van Sang, residing on Dinh Tien Hoang Street, went to the Ward Police Station to report that in the morning of the same day, he rode a Jupiter motorbike to the area of Uncle Ho Monument with children of Dak Lak ethnic groups on Le Duan Street and left the motorbike outside before going inside to exercise. At around 6:30 a.m., Mr. Sang went to the parking lot and discovered that the motorbike was no longer there.

After receiving the report, Tu An Ward Police quickly arrived at the scene to investigate and verify the incident. Using professional measures and extracting security camera systems installed on the main roads of the ward, the ward police force recorded that at 5:45 a.m. on June 19, a young man was walking along Le Duan Street. When he arrived at the above area, he saw a motorbike left unattended and took it away.
On the same afternoon, Tu An Ward Police coordinated with Cu Ebur Commune Police to arrest Le Hoang Quy (born 2000, residing in Thanh Cong Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City), the subject who committed the above motorbike theft.
At the police station, Quy confessed that he had no job. On the morning of June 19, while wandering on Le Duan Street, he discovered a motorbike parked outside the Monument area, with no one watching it, so he had the idea of stealing the said motorbike to sell for money.
Tu An Ward Police have prepared an initial file and transferred it to the Investigation Police Agency of Buon Ma Thuot City Police for investigation and handling according to their authority.
