Mobile soldier stabbed in Vung Tau has died

(NLDO) - Although his teammates took him to the emergency room immediately after being stabbed, due to the severity of his injuries, the mobile soldier in Vung Tau City died at the hospital.


On the afternoon of March 3, Ba Ria - Vung Tau provincial police were taking statements from Duong Huu Tri (born in 1987, nickname Ty Heo; residing in Ward 7, Vung Tau City). Tri is a drug addict who voluntarily undergoes home drug rehabilitation.

On the same morning, the police of Ward 7, Vung Tau City came to the house to conduct a check on the subject under management according to regulations, and invited Tri to the ward to conduct a drug test. However, at this time, Tri did not comply, and even chased and slashed the police.

Seeing the seriousness of the incident, other forces were sent to the scene to persuade and invite Tri to the ward, but Tri not only did not comply but also rushed forward with a knife to stab a mobile police officer, burned his motorbike, then barricaded himself in the house.

Although his teammates took him to the emergency room immediately after being stabbed, at around 1:30 p.m. the same day, the mobile soldier who was stabbed by Tri died at the hospital. It is known that the mobile soldier was very young and was assigned to work at the CSCĐ team stationed in Vung Tau City.
