And like every year, the booth of Nhan Dan newspaper of the Communist Party of Vietnam always attracts many French friends who love Vietnam.

The red flags with yellow stars and the hammer and sickle flags are hung all over the ceiling. On the walls are large paintings of President Ho Chi Minh and the activities of the Party and State leaders, of the country's landscape, seas and islands, and the people of Vietnam.

Books from World Publishing House and Truth are displayed solemnly on the shelves. The People's Newspapers are arranged on the table, next to the Vietnam Pictorial Magazine and Le Courrier du Vietnam. Melodies with strong Vietnamese national sounds come from the loudspeaker, along with the aroma of fried spring rolls, bread and Vietnamese beef noodles...

All of these create a colorful, vibrant, and captivating Nhan Dan newspaper booth that awakens the senses and makes visitors unable to stop by.

Attending this year's Humanitarian Press Festival were Party Central Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan newspaper Le Quoc Minh, Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang, Senator Fabien Gay - Editor-in-Chief of L'Humanité (Humanitarian) newspaper, Honorary Senator Hélène Luc and many friends of the French Communist Party.

Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Vietnam booth, Senator Fabien Gay, Editor-in-Chief of L'Humanité newspaper, emphasized that the goal of the Humanitarian Newspaper Festival is to "express solidarity and friendship among peoples, between Vietnam and France, contributing to promoting the anti-war movement, the struggle for peace and social progress".

Senator Fabien Gay highly appreciated Vietnam's core role in the International Village of the Press Conference. Recalling the long-standing tradition of friendship and the strong historical relationship between the French and Vietnamese Communist Parties, and reviewing the struggle of former French Communists to support the Vietnamese people, Mr. Fabien Gay expressed his hope that "younger generations will continue to maintain the fine traditions between the two countries, creating a strong bond between the peoples and brotherly countries for peace and social progress".

Appreciating Nhan Dan newspaper's annual participation in the press conference, Editor-in-Chief Fabien Gay also affirmed that he is ready to "share experiences and cooperate" with Nhan Dan newspaper not only in professional work but also in organizing events to enhance the newspaper's position.

Expressing a strong impression of the vibrant and joyful atmosphere of the festival, which he witnessed for the first time, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh said that Nhan Dan newspaper always attaches importance to participating in this annual event and this year also tried to decorate the booth solemnly to convey to French readers the most abundant and complete information about the country and people of Vietnam.

On this occasion, Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh expressed his gratitude for the affection and support of French Communists in general and L'humanité newspaper in particular for the country and people of Vietnam throughout the process of fighting to defend the Fatherland and building the country.

Editor-in-Chief Le Quoc Minh hopes that the two newspapers will increase exchanges and learn more from each other to help each other develop. Thanking L'Humanité for inviting Nhan Dan to participate in the event, Mr. Le Quoc Minh pledged to continue participating on a larger scale and believes that the cooperative relationship between the two Party newspapers and the friendship between French and Vietnamese Communists over the past century will continue to develop brilliantly.

For his part, Vietnamese Ambassador to France Dinh Toan Thang also affirmed that the traditional reunion between the two party newspapers this year has more significance when the high-ranking leaders of Nhan Dan newspaper attended the festival and in the context of the two countries celebrating the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Paris Agreement towards peace and unification for Vietnam, the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and the 10th anniversary of the Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and France, in which there were great contributions from French communists and people.

The Humanitarian Press Festival is the largest event of French Communists and the world left-wing movement in France, held annually to strengthen the bond between French Communists and working people, and at the same time enhance international friendship and solidarity for peace and social progress.

The press festival is both a political event and a cultural event, unique and vibrant. During the 3 days of the 88th Humanitarian Press Festival, from September 15-17, about 400,000 people attended hundreds of cultural, artistic, entertainment, and culinary activities...

Many forums for discussion and dialogue have been held on political issues of national, regional and global significance, including economic, social and health crises, environmental protection, election campaigns, the development trend of the left-wing movement in France and current events in many regions of the world.
