To complete the set goals and improve the effectiveness of innovation and collective economic development, the Provincial People's Committee has directed departments, branches, localities, and socio-political organizations to continue to strengthen propaganda and education work, raise awareness, create high unity in the political system and all classes of people about the Party and State's policy of collective economic development; improve the effectiveness of state management of cooperatives, closely linked with the leadership and direction of Party committees and authorities at all levels in the development of collective economy and cooperatives; consolidate, improve, and enhance the capacity and operational efficiency of the apparatus and cadres directly advising on the field of collective economy from the province to the grassroots level to monitor, supervise, and create conditions for the development of collective economy.

Along with that, strengthen propaganda, mobilization, and encourage collective economic organizations and cooperatives to gradually implement digital transformation to meet market requirements, focusing on improving service and product quality to build a reputable brand in the market...

For the Provincial Cooperative Union, it is necessary to enhance its role, responsibility and operational efficiency to fulfill its core role in developing the collective economy and cooperatives, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

Implementing the set plan, in the first 2 months of 2025, the whole province has newly established 20 cooperative groups and 1 cooperative. The cooperative groups and cooperatives are focusing on production, striving to complete the set production and business goals.

It is known that in 2024, the Provincial Cooperative Union coordinated to propagate and mobilize the establishment of 25 new cooperative groups (achieving 100% of the plan) and 56 cooperatives (exceeding 160% of the plan).

By the end of 2024, the province will have 401 cooperatives operating in production and business with over 5,000 members; there are 2 cooperative unions with 18 members. Cooperative groups and cooperatives mainly operate in the field of agricultural production, increasingly promoting the scale of production and business, linking production according to supply chains and value chains, improving the efficiency of cooperative economics and increasing income for members, making important contributions to local economic development./.
