Many important contents at the Provincial Reporters Conference

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department orient propaganda work in the coming time.

Delegates attending the conference were informed about the initial results in the organization and apparatus arrangement of the streamlined political system, effective and efficient operations; the results of the movement to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province; and new viewpoints and policies of the Party and State on education and training.

In particular, the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, the 6th Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and reorganize the apparatus of the political system to be streamlined and operate effectively and efficiently" has been carried out drastically and effectively throughout the country.

In Tuyen Quang, the implementation followed the Central's instructions. After the arrangement and merger, the agencies and units had reduced the number of focal points and the quality of operations was increasingly improved.

Regarding the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area, Tuyen Quang province has mobilized the entire political system to implement, achieving many important results. As of mid-March 2025, the total number of houses that have started construction, are under construction and have been completed and put into use is more than 3,400, reaching over 49% of the plan, striving to complete the goal of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in the area by August 2025.

Regarding new policies in education and training, the provincial reporter informed about the contents of fundamental and comprehensive educational innovation in the current context. Emphasizing the implementation of the policy of exempting tuition fees for preschool and primary school students from the 2025-2026 school year; Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT regulating extra teaching and learning; organizing the 2025 High School Graduation Exam according to the new General Education Program...

Orienting propaganda work in the coming time, the leader of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department requested that the propaganda departments of district party committees, city party committees, party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; reporters at all levels and grassroots propagandists focus on propagating according to the contents and information provided at the conference.

In particular, continue to promote information and propaganda about the revolution of reorganizing the apparatus of the political system, the activities of new agencies and units after the reorganization and merger; continue to well implement the contents and tasks of propaganda about Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party; plans and targets for socio-economic development in the province, striving for a growth target of 9% or more. At the same time, promote propaganda about the implementation of the Program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province, mobilize all classes of people to join hands in eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; solutions to overcome difficulties to complete the set goals...

Along with that, it is necessary to strengthen the protection of the Party's ideological foundation and fight against erroneous and hostile views; step up propaganda work towards the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
