The city has policies and mechanisms to create favorable conditions for education development. The total annual budget expenditure for education reaches over 18%. Investment in education in the past 10 years has reached 547,572 billion VND.
The effectiveness of socialized education activities has contributed significantly to building an increasingly spacious school system. In 10 years, the total socialized education funding reached 85,202 billion VND.

100% of kindergartens, primary schools and secondary schools have modern teaching equipment to serve the application of IT and innovate teaching methods; 100% of primary schools and secondary schools have computer rooms to teach IT; 100% of schools have high-speed internet connection and wifi connection installed.
Managers and teachers have attended training courses and self-trained to improve their foreign language and IT skills. Currently, the city has 37/39 public schools that meet national standards.
