The iPhone has been a favorite for many people over the years. However, there are still a few celebrities who are loyal to Android devices, and the reasons they reveal may surprise you.
According to the latest report from Counterpoint Research, Samsung currently holds 22% of the global smartphone market share in Q1 2023, however, the company is at risk of being overtaken by Apple (21%).
1. Bill Gates
In a Reddit post in early 2023, Bill Gates said his favorite phone and current use is the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4.
With a personal fortune of $111 billion, the phone's nearly $2,000 price tag doesn't seem to concern Gates, and he never even paid for the phone because Samsung chairman JY Lee gave it to him when they met in Korea.
Previously, he also used the Galaxy Z Fold 3 as his main phone because it can expand like a PC, instead of choosing the Microsoft Surface Duo 2.

2. Mark Zuckerberg
The CEO of Meta (parent company of Facebook, Instagram…) is also using a Samsung phone, instead of an iPhone.
According to some photos shared by the owner on Instagram, it seems that Mark Zuckerberg is using the Galaxy S22.

He has previously stated that he prefers to use Samsung phones because of the popularity of Android devices around the world.
3. Arnold Schwarzenegger
'Terminator' star Schwarzenegger, unlike other famous actors, does not use a smartphone. Instead, he uses an iPad to FaceTime with friends.
At the age of nearly 80, muscular hero Schwarzenegger is still busy with his own projects such as the release of the action comedy Fubar, or his own documentary.

4. Tom Cruise
Another action movie superstar who doesn't seem to own a smartphone is Tom Cruise.
The star of the 'Mission Impossible' series uses a lot of high-tech gadgets, but refuses to use a smartphone.

5. Christopher Nolan
And the last person on this list is director Christopher Nolan, the man behind the success of many billion-dollar movies, most recently Oppenheimer, The Dark Knight, Dunkirk...
He still uses a flip phone these days and devotes all his focus to making groundbreaking films.

He told The Hollywood Reporter that technology and what it brings is great, but using a smartphone during the process of creating documents and writing scripts is not very useful.
With smart strategies, Apple has made the iPhone more popular than ever. The product appeared at many technology, sports, music events... Apple is expected to introduce the iPhone 15 series in mid-September 2023, at the same time as the Apple Watch series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2.
