Mr. Nguyen Cong Man, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, committed that the completion progress of the above 3 projects will be earlier than the request of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province.

In particular, Bach Dat project, commercial name Eco Future Park, will complete infrastructure on the allocated land area in April, and is expected to be granted certificates in the second quarter.

Hera Complex project phase 1, covering an area of over 8 hectares, will complete infrastructure in August, 2 months earlier than the requirement of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee. Phase 2, covering an area of over 10 hectares, will be completed in December.

As for the 7B expansion project, the investor will complete phase 1 in August. Phase 2, with capital contributed by Gaia Real Estate Investment Company Limited, will depend on the fulfillment of this enterprise's financial obligations.

Customer Phan Xuan Ran requested the Quang Nam provincial government to continue to supervise the legal entities of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company so that the project progress is on schedule as committed.

Many land buyers continue to request the People's Committee of Quang Nam province to recover the money that Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau embezzled from Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, so that the investor can speed up the progress further.

In particular, some customers requested the Quang Nam Provincial Police to urgently clarify whether or not Mr. Nguyen Huu Vinh, husband of Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, had a role in assisting and dissipating embezzled assets at the time Ms. Chau embezzled money by temporarily withdrawing cash from the company.

In 2017, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company signed a contract to assign Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company to distribute nearly 1,000 land lots in 3 projects: 7B urban area expansion, Hera Complex Riverside and Bach Dat 1. After that, the 2 companies had a dispute and took each other to court.

Courts at all levels have declared legally effective judgments, forcing Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company to continue to perform the deposit contract and distribute land plots. However, this company has not executed the judgment, violated its commitments on project implementation deadlines, and has not fulfilled its financial obligations.

The dispute has lasted for many years, causing nearly 1,000 land buyers to suffer in demanding red books, causing public outrage and affecting local security and order.
