Vice Chairman of Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee Tran Nam Hung has just sent an official dispatch to departments and branches, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, requesting continued coordination and speeding up the implementation of 3 projects invested by the company, including: expanded urban area No. 7B, Hera Complex Riverside and Bach Dat (in Dien Ban town).
Accordingly, the company is required to work and direct relevant individuals (former leaders) to promptly hand over, provide records, documents, data, and coordinate with the Dien Ban Town Land Fund Development Center to urgently organize the payment of compensation and site clearance costs according to the approved plan.
If necessary, work with the Provincial Police Investigation Agency and the Provincial Inspectorate to photocopy records and documents related to compensation payments.
At the same time, work with the Police Investigation Agency for support, work with relevant individuals to hand over records and documents.
In addition, work with GAIA Real Estate Investment Company Limited and Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company to resolve related issues according to the authority and signed contracts between the units.
Responsible for fully arranging funding for project implementation, including compensation costs, site clearance, construction investment and related financial obligations.
Actively coordinate with Dien Ban Town People's Committee and the Town Land Fund Development Center in the process of compensation, site clearance, resettlement and project implementation, promptly complete projects to ensure the progress adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee.

Mr. Hung requested the Provincial Inspectorate and the Provincial Police Investigation Agency to consider and support the company in photocopying records and documents related to compensation payments of the projects and request relevant individuals to hand over records and documents to promptly carry out the next procedures of the projects.
Dien Ban Town People's Committee is responsible for directing the Land Fund Development Center to complete compensation, site clearance, resettlement, and promptly hand over the entire site to the company to implement construction and complete projects to ensure progress.
The departments are responsible for coordinating, monitoring, guiding, handling records, procedures and inspecting and urging the company in the process of implementing projects to ensure progress, early completion, acceptance and putting into operation and use.
Previously, Quang Nam Provincial Police temporarily detained Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau - former general director of Bach Dat An Company - for embezzlement.
During the implementation of real estate projects in Quang Nam, this company collected deposits from customers to buy land. Then, it used a portion to invest in the project, and Ms. Chau instructed her employees to give the remaining money to her for personal use.
In 2017, Bach Dat An Company signed a contract to assign Hoang Nhat Nam Company to distribute about 1,000 plots of land in three projects: 7B expansion, Hera Complex Riverside, Bach Dat. After that, the two sides had a dispute, went to court and thousands of customers were affected, for many years calling for help, demanding land and red books.
