(Dan Tri) - Quang Nam Province requires investors and distributors to be responsible for providing information to customers of projects. In addition, a working group established by the Provincial People's Committee will send people to provide information.
On December 12, the Office of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province announced the conclusion of Mr. Tran Nam Hung, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on citizens' opinions related to the project of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, in the case of 1,000 red books debt.
Responding to land buyers' questions regarding the Bach Dat urban area projects, Hera Complex Riverside, and the 7B urban area expansion invested by Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, the leaders of the Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee said that they have made efforts to remove difficulties and create favorable conditions for the company to continue implementing the projects to protect the rights of the people.
Mr. Tran Nam Hung said that he has restored the business registration certificate for Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company and agreed to extend the project implementation time to ensure conditions for investors to complete related procedures.
The Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee also directed Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company and Hoang Nhat Nam Investment Joint Stock Company, the distribution units, to be responsible for providing information to customers about the projects. To support information beyond the scope of responsibility of the investor and the distribution unit, the working group of the Provincial People's Committee will assign civil servants to provide information monthly from January 2025.
The Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province requested that citizens involved in the three projects send representatives to act as contact points with the working group of the Provincial People's Committee.
Regarding the prosecution and arrest of Ms. Hoang Thi Kim Chau, former General Director of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Nam province said that this was carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law.
Quang Nam provincial leaders confirmed that Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company is continuing to implement the three projects. The company is committed to using capital mobilized from the people and other financial resources to implement the projects.
Regarding site clearance, Dien Ban Town People's Committee is responsible for implementation in accordance with legal regulations. The Provincial People's Committee and the Working Group regularly monitor and closely direct to speed up progress.
Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee has directed Dien Ban Town People's Committee to prepare complete documents and procedures to approve the compensation and site clearance plan for the remaining area immediately after the land use plan is approved.
Previously, due to the application of tax enforcement measures, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company did not ensure the conditions for registering land use plans. Currently, the projects have completed procedures for registering land use plans and are expected to be submitted to competent authorities for approval.
It is expected that in December, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province will work with the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee and the People's Committee of Dien Ban town on local real estate projects, including projects of Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company, to review and direct the resolution of related issues.
In 2017, Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company signed a contract with Hoang Nhat Nam to distribute nearly 1,000 land lots in 3 projects: 7B urban area expansion, Hera Complex Riverside and Bach Dat 1. After that, the 2 companies had a dispute and took each other to court.
Courts at all levels have issued legally effective judgments, forcing Bach Dat An Joint Stock Company to continue to perform the deposit contract and distribute land plots. However, this company has not executed the judgment, violated its commitments on project implementation deadlines, and has not fulfilled its financial obligations.
The dispute has lasted for many years, causing nearly 1,000 land buyers to suffer in demanding red books, causing public outrage and affecting local security and order.
