On the afternoon of March 1, the Thanh Nien Newspaper's Exam Season Consulting program in 2025 continued to take place at Hai Ba Trung High School (Hue City) with the participation of thousands of students in Hue City.
The program was organized by Thanh Nien Newspaper in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and the Department of Education and Training of Hue City. Among the thousands of Hue City students participating in the program, there were nearly 100 students from Hue City Ethnic Boarding High School. These are students from the mountainous district of A Luoi far from home, coming to the lowlands to study high school.
Student A Lieng Thao (grade 12, Hue City Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities) said that many days ago, when there was information about participating in the Exam Season Consulting program organized by Thanh Nien Newspaper, Thao and her friends were very excited. "Because when coming to the program, I have the opportunity to learn a lot of useful information and orient the university I will study in the future," Thao said.

Talking about her dream of becoming a literature teacher, Thao said that her family's difficult circumstances made her aware from a young age that "the only way to escape poverty was to go to school."
"Since I was a child, when I learned to write, I dreamed of becoming a teacher. Until now, after many days of overcoming difficulties to leave the mountains to pursue writing, I still keep that dream. After participating in the Exam Season Consulting program, after being consulted, I decided to study at the University of Education - Hue University", Thao confided.
Leaving the consulting booth of Hue University of Education, Thao said: "My dream is to return to my hometown to sow knowledge in the highlands and inspire future children that: Only through education can we escape poverty," Thao confided.

Growing up in the mountains of HA Luoi, with medical examination and treatment conditions still difficult, Nguyen Khanh Minh Anh (grade 12, Hue City Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities) dreams of becoming a doctor, hoping that one day in the near future he will return to his hometown to treat and save people.
"In the past time, I have tried very hard to study to realize my dream of entering the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University. Today, the counselors introduced in detail the model of human body parts, which made my passion rise strongly again. I will try my best to pass the entrance exam to the school and pursue a medical career," Minh Anh confided.

Talking about the days when she left home to go to the city to study high school, Ho Thi Lan Anh (grade 12, Hue City Boarding High School for Ethnic Minorities) said that before leaving the mountains to study, Lan Anh's parents were very proud of their daughter. Because, among her siblings, Lan Anh was the only one who made a lot of effort to study in Hue City.
"The day I went to school in the city, I told my parents that I would try my best to study well to pursue my dream of becoming a preschool teacher. In just a few months, I hope to fulfill that dream to make my parents happy. I think that only by studying can I have a chance to escape poverty," Lan Anh said emotionally.
